Divine Vision Network is a Georgia Corporation solely owned by Divine Retreat Centre, Muringoor, India. The sole purpose of this Corporation is to spread gospel of Jesus Christ through media like Television, and through retreats and crusades conducted by the Divine-Potta Ministry globally. The Corporation has filed for 503(c) status and is waiting for its approval.
Divine Vision Network is committed to deliver Divine TV, a free channel, in the best tradition of Christian love to every person and home in USA and Canada. Our mission is to help each person continue his/her pursuit towards the goal, the prize of God’s upward calling!(Philippians 3:14)
The Divine Vision Network Board consists of seven Directors headed by its Chairman, Rev. Fr. Augustine Vallooran, V.C.
1. Rev. Fr. Mathew Naickomparambil. V.C.
Rev. Fr. Mathew Naickomparambil V.C. is a renowned evangelist and has been instrumental in leading hundreds of thousands of lives to Christ through a powerful Renewal movement that began in a tiny village, Potta, in India, in 1980s, and is now known as Divine-Potta Ministry. His mission began with a very small prayer group. God has since used him to spread the Gospel through Prayer centres, Charismatic conventions and retreats that he conducts throughout the world. Rev. Fr. Mathew has been instrumental in establishing prayer groups, retreat centres in and around India, and also abroad.
2. Rev. George Panackal, V.C
Rev. Fr. George Panackal V.C. has been the Director of Divine Retreat Centre, India since it got established in 1989 and has led thousands of retreats causing multitudes of people to give their lives to Christ. Divine Retreat Centre is now the largest Catholic retreat centre in the world – over ten million people have attended retreats there. As a gifted speaker, he has appeared in several TV shows and is renowned for his Divine wisdom he uses in building up lives. He has conducted retreats in several countries and is an author of a spiritual books. As a gifted counselor, spiritual advisor and a powerful administrator, Rev. Fr. George Panackal is accepted and greatly respected in all the Charismatic groups around the globe by the Indian communities.
3. Rev. Fr. Augustine Vallooran V.C.
This vision to start a Gospel television channel first bore fruition through the prayers of the Vincentian Fathers in Divine Retreat Centre. It took dogged persistence and digging in the reserves of unthinkable faith in Rev. Fr. Augustine Vallooran V.C. to make this 24-hour commercial-free Catholic Gospel Channel a reality. The obstacles were great - especially with challenges as big as procedural restraints, sluggish sanctioning processes and the forbidding financial costs involved. Fr. Augustine did not allow anything to stop him from fulfilling this special mission from God. He continued to forge ahead with determination as he had complete faith in God’s Word. Rev. Fr. Augustine Vallooran is the Chairman of DVN Network.
4. Mr. M.V. Thomas
As a member of a prayer group in Columbus, Georgia, M.V. Thomas has been involved in evangelization through retreats and conventions held in USA by the Divine-Potta ministry teams. As a professional, he has held various senior positions in the telecommunication industry in USA and Canada, and currently is the President and CEO of Crosstel Inc, a nationwide telecom service provider using modern technologies. M.V. Thomas and Geetha have three daughters and a grand child.
5. Mr. Chad Wachter
Chad Wachter, a lawyer by profession, is the general Counsel, Company Secretary and Vice President of Knology Inc, a publicly traded large broadband company in USA. He is also the Managing Director of Knology Provider Solutions group providing telecommunication services to many small and large utility companies all across United States. As a gifted negotiator, and people lover, Chad is involved in various Church and School organizations in Auburn, Alabama. Chad has served on various senior positions in ITC Telecom group of companies since 1996. Chad and Sonia have been married for the last 19 years and have two daughters and a son.
6. Mr. John Feehan
John Feehan currently serves as Vice President and General Manager of Crosstel, Inc. a Nationwide (US) Telecommunications Service provider. Prior to working with Crosstel, John was Divisional General Manager, and Director-Regulatory Affairs with Knology, Inc. a broadband service provider in USA. In his twenty years of career, John has also worked in various capacities and increased responsibilities in the telecommunication industry. Originally from Deposit, New York, John did all his undergraduate studies at Syracuse University and graduate studies at University of Maryland. John currently serves as a Trustee for the Busfield Foundation in New York and served as Chairman of the Vision Team and serves as Chairman of the Staff Parish Relations Committee for Cornerstone United Methodist Church in Auburn, Alabama. John and Julie are the proud parents of four boys and live in Auburn, Alabama.
7. Mr. Suresh Dominic.
Suresh is the Head of Gethsemane Ministries, a powerful prayer group in Toronto, Canada. As a gifted counsellor and powerful preacher, Suresh is fully dedicated to preaching the Gospel since his own personal renewal experience in 1990. He has been instrumental in leading many lives, young and old alike to Christian living. His ministry conducts retreats and conventions both in Malayalam and English, all across USA and Canada which has brought transformation of lives especially for young adults. Suresh and Annie have two sons and a daughter and the entire family is involved in evangelization. Suresh works for Campaign Coalition, an organization supporting pro-life movements in Canada.
